Have seen people doing nothing, they are no different than others that are back stabbing to save their own positions. The toxic work place becomes Everyman for himself, it’s ugly, but that’s what is happening…..
Do nothing till they let you go, or kiss butt and back stab to make yourself look better,
I single handedly own and control a key function that drives the entire revenue engine at Atleos, and despite my repeated warnings to leadership of the risk this presents, no action has been taken to remedy. I’m actively looking for a new job and will just leave soon. It will take no more than two weeks of this function not being performed for the wheels to fly off. It’s going to be hilarious timing for the Brinks acquisition.

If you are ready to retire, slow down and do nothing, make them lay you off with severance and Unemployment $

Same…best thing ever. Got the package and done. Of course, I’m old enough to retire. I know not all can do that. But just being away from the stress and BS has changed my life. There has to be better out there for you.
Best thing that could have happened, been off since 2022, no plans on working again.
