If I Leave, Does Quarterly Service Bonus Still Pay

If I make it to EOQ, I've done that quarters work. If I leave before the quaterly service bonus pays out end of April, do I still get that pay?

@pb This is good advice, however, some are concerned about triggering a red flag as all searches are logged.

Search Corporate Bonus Plan in MyHR. It explains eligibility requirements.

Generally no, but it’s a timing of payroll thing and the exact dates matter. The bonus advances aren’t calendar quarter. But just go and don’t look back. A couple of bucks versus a new opportunity will be quickly forgotten. Good luck.

I'm not familiar with that bonus, but if it works like the annual, then you must be here the day of the payout. e.g. If you work all year and quit Jan 1st, you will not get the bonus unless you are still employed in March. SCHW isn't really employee 1st.
