Is coming before March.
Before the earnings call.
Who's the high bidder?
Are they actually gonna continue to postpone it before the call?

No it's not
The same people that for a status of the sale will also spend the next 6 months asking about the status of the merger and if it means they have job. So looking forward to those questions.
@11h+1jm001pzs, What cracks me up about your post is there is an undertone and assumption that “leadership” knows and is planning something and everyone should just continue to pretend as if nothing is going on rather than what’s actually happening. Which is that our executives are in over their heads, can’t lead or operate the business effectively, have failed miserably through the strategic review and courting buyers and from what anyone can tell, don’t have a plan for a 2025 budget, how to report earnings and results of 2024 and don’t want to answer tough questions about why. The whole “we can’t talk about it” is true, but also a convenient excuse and non answer that’s so tired and unacceptable. Calling them on the carpet to answer these questions is exactly what should be going on in town halls. Employees, investors and peer level leaders inside should be doing the same constantly until the ship is righted. This company is a laughing stock, it’s embarrassing to all, especially those “leaders” giving the non answers.
It still cracks me up every time someone asks on the town hall if there’s an update. If this is the level of business knowledge the employees have, then it’s no wonder we have fallen on hard times.
Yes, it’s a pain in the @$$ that we have had to wait this long to get information and I’m sure the shareholders are getting anxious, too.
Let me break it down for you:
Why? The company is obligated to announce things of this nature to the public before or at the same time as it’s announced elsewhere.

Any questions?
At this point if you’re sitting on your hands just waiting to see what the announcement holds you’re crazy. Your resume should be updated and distributed, even if you end up staying at Crown.
What does it matter at this point .Just bored ? Instead of posting during work maybe take tgattime to look inward . Maybe get to actually working or find a new job and be happier
Sell baby sell
The stock is going to absolutely tank if nothing is announced with how close we are to the earnings deadline
Who cares bc even if they do announce something it’s not like they will tell us what will happen to us.
I’m hearing the only holdup on the deal is the number of Bonusly Points Zayo is willing to offer in the deal.
I’m done even giving a F. It’ll come when it comes. Just gotta roll with the punches.
