Hi! I’m interested in joining Walmart - what are the bonus / stock estimates for director / sr director levels? The salary range is so wide that it’s not even helpful. Appreciate the guidance.

LOL yes yes you belong at Walmart, you'll fit right in, won't be surprised if they make you atleast VP during your first month. Let me help you with your interview, color your hair, change your name, forget what a woman is and use lots of pronouns. Let me know how it goes.
@OP Bonuses, Salary Range, Stock Estimates etc... will be driven by the area which you are looking to join, Retail Business, Transportation, WM Tech, Real Estate, Legal, Marketing, etc... all have varying ranges.
Things to consider before joining that HR will not cover, that require some personal reflection amidst current environment within Walmart:
What skills do you bring with regard to AI?
How are you currently utilizing AI?
How likely is it that the talent, competencies, and skills you bring to Walmart could be replaced by AI?
If not likely right now, how long before it is most likely?
Are you willing to accept that you may be let go within weeks, or months of being hired, with no performance issues, even after relocation to the NWA area (if that is your destination)?
Are you confident the talent, competencies, skills, and experience you bring cannot be filled from within Walmart? This is key, because once you're in and being successful, you may find promotion paths and leadership above you are not grown from within the company, but are outside hires, who like to purge legacy talent and bring in their friends from old companies into leadership positions. Entire organizations and layoffs have been driven by this alone.
LoL, run away from Walmart. Get used to being unhoused before applying at Walmart. You will regret every minute working at Walmart.
