What is going on at this company that close to 100 people can sit on a call like this morning and think we have the right people in charge??? It’s almost like they didn’t have months to prepare.
Hope actual leadership watch the recordings (or attempt at recordings and wrong screen share). Cut the experiment and let’s get back to work.

How was the glint results? Sanoke’s aware - most people left last week’s meeting laughing at the disorganization. Need a change if not it will just continue to be fingers pointing.
Buyside is a mess and very poor leadership. Horrible acquisitions and very poor internal reorganizations in past that made no sense.
Need to split Buyside into a few groups in order to really make a difference and impact.
If they stopped trying to “fix” what isn’t broken, call out the duplicity in roles and consider managing out expensive old hires who provide negative value - it would all work out. But that’s easier than reinventing the wheel and claiming victory for saving a sinking ship.
The old CEO is gone but the culprits who ruined it all stay on..
Buyside that happened 6 months ago. Actually funny how bad it was and the rest of the organization will feel it.
Was there a reorg? If so, wasn‘t leadership on the call already? Why would they have to listen to the Recording ?
