A friend of mine was informed last week he was getting layed off from Fishkill NY at Marvell and i got hammered this week! So, dont let them tell you that they arent laying off people during the pandemic!!!!!!

The acquisition of Aquantia has been completed. Aquantia PHY and Marvell Ethernet PHY both have 100% overlap. Has anybody heard of any potential layoffs for either group?

now that the deal with cavium is official, which side the heads will roll ? i think there is enough distinction of expertise in both companies but somewhere someone has to let go to improve the financial status for years ahead, right ?
