Overtime required - no parts? Layoff coming?

Moline not specifying where. Management said we have no parts but are requiring 10 hour days and overtime for the next few weeks. I can only see this as a layoff impending. Any ideas?

Strike Imminent?

There seems to be a lot of talk of an imminent strike. Think it's just both sides of the contract negotiations trying to bluff the other side?

Product Quality needs to change

Deere makes a lot of good equipment but the hoods on the riding lawn mowers are causing reputation lose. There are more broke ones in service than there good ones. This problem could be easily fixed but it appears no one must care about the issue.
