Yes, taking LTI from 14/15 made zero sense and then awarding a special (not quantified) LTI for 16-L2 made even less (maybe to keep everyone “equal” - f’ed up logic). There will be a mass exodus in three years if this grant is lucrative and no one to backfill all the pension eligible folks that will leave in ‘28. #upside if you’re a 13?
