Sources suggest there are discussions underway to "trim" the TCS workforce and may result in reduction of mostly senior workforce from the company. The simple way to execute is to take out seniors from the projects , (hence improving the junior ratio and cost), put them on the bench and try to map to open resource requirements across TCS. This exercise is a no more than eye wash since all unit heads have been advised against taking seniors in their portfolios effectively leaving them vulnerable to the 'exit' hawks. It may be a repeat of Dec 2014 but in a more subtle ,slow, planned and conspicuous fashion. #StopUseAndThrow
