Here's a different kind of #meetoo. Promoting incompetent women in the former Walden org. There are some seriously unqualified people making a mess of things because Walden made it her mission. Anyone who works there knows who and what I'm talking about.
It seems that subject matter expertise was secondary in some cases. The argument was that working the organization was more important than knowing what you're doing. So bad ideas, so long as they are accepted, is the metric.
Short term gain for long term pain.
