Most of us have dedicated a huge portion of our working career to achieving the greedy goals of the Amos's. We've worked tirelessly to process apps within 24 hours, answer calls within 60 seconds, resolve complaints quickly, and pay claims within 4 days, 1 day and same day. The aflac culture is a slave mentality. We've been forced to work overtime and sacrifice our health and time with our families in order to make the execs rich - they certainly don't share those profits with us. We, the employees, do NOT come first. In contrast to their "motto," we've taken care of the business, but they have NOT taken care of us. What have the greedy Amos's given us? EAW?? Those crumbs are offensive. This is a multi-BILLION dollar company with HUGE profits. EAW costs are a VERY small drop in that huge bucket. Does it seem strange to anyone that we are FORCED to participate in EAW? Ever ask yourself why we can't take PTO or stay in the office during the big civic center show? It's really a very selfish reason - Aflac wants the positive media exposure of all their little ducklings filing an auditorium, screaming and going wild, hoping to catch a few of the small trinkets thrown out to us - practically worshiping the Amos's and execs like they are gods (quite narcissistic). And just like hypnotized cult followers, we do it, because we need a job. They hold the strings and we are their puppets. Shameful.

The leading provider of voluntary benefits is ironically a life altering #aflaccancer to all of us. In return for dedicating our lives to making the Amos's and all the other execs financially set (not just set...but extremely wealthy) for the rest of their lives, they have thanked us by outsourcing the jobs for which we've worked so hard to set Aflac apart as the industry leader. We are the reason behind the success - not the execs. But they certainly reap all the benefits of our labor. To them, we are nothing. Many of us will be part of the major #aflaclayoffs over the next 6-12 months. Why? So the Amos's and the execs can continue to have MORE. They aren't satisfied with their own extravagant salaries...they want to steal ours too. #aflacgreed is the core culture. And if you haven't been looking at the local job market, you should. When all of us #aflaclayoffs hit the Columbus job market, it will be flooded. If we're lucky, we'll be able to land a job that allows us to keep our homes and other things we've worked hard to achieve. But the reality is a lot of us will be forced to take anything available...likely a significant cut in pay...in order to feed our families. I don't know about all of you, but I'm sick of covering for this corrupt company while they get rich off my sweat labor. I'm sick of seeing all of the execs celebrated for being great leaders, when the reality is those leaders are selfish, greedy, and abusive. The #aflacdysfunction is crippling. The mentorship provided by those "leaders" consists of teaching naive followers how to climb the ladder by getting in line and supporting and promoting the abusive practices of the greedy leaders. Insulting.

Aflac execs, shame on you. Aflac supervisors, managers, sr. managers, and directors who cover for those execs and carry out their bidding, shame on you. You are not leaders.

I sincerely hope #ledgerenquirer #forbes #ethisphere will pick up this story and report the real news. Sadly, like most media, they only report #aflacfakenews
