This is not about boomers and millennials. This about right and wrong. The behaviors that I saw and experienced at General Motors were beyond unacceptable. Collusion, corruption, manipulation, and dishonesty. To me General Motors represents the most disgusting behavior I have ever experienced in my life. Feigned professionalism by respected individuals. For anybody outside the company who is foolish enough to believe the advertising let me make this clear...these behaviors were aided and abetted by leadership.

I remember the boss telling me about some website where you could see litigation against General Motors. He talking about a guy who was drinking, crashed, and his air bag didn't deploy. The manager said it was his problem for drinking while overlooking the fact that the problem was surely happening to other people who GM employees didn't feel they had the right to execute. That was 2013, shortly before the news of faulty keyswitches came out.
I only regret ever working for General Motors.
