I was laid off yesterday from the Houston Oak Park office. Layoffs are happening daily. Do not listen to people who tell you that there are no layoffs.

I'm in management here and on Friday we will be cutting 250 more positions. Also unfortunately October first will end night shift until after the new year. A few of those night shift personnel will be transferred to dayshift.

It would be awesome if the offficers at the gates could stop giving the eye to everyone. Just pulling in to get the eye is not the best start to a day that's going to be terrible again.

I think 3 or 4 were let go here in Tyler today. Not as big as some other places but then we are not that big in general if compared to other places. We knew it was coming, it's the nature of the beast. God bless!

CB&I sold off our division and laid off pretty much employees that didn't fit into the new company's "vision". The CEO was totally clueless when relating to people that work for a living.

Layoffs are happening today in The Woodlands office. I think it's about 50 folks. It looks like only Bldg 2 is affected, Bldg 1 is scheduled for tomorrow - we'll see what happens.
