27 years with CB&I was great all over the world great comany and really looked after there people .Yes there where some folks that did not fit in so were moved on.Times now are a bit slow and we had this before sure enough with in a year the construction business picked up and most folks are put back to work.
If for some reason you where not put back on have a good look at your behavior while you where employed be honest you most likley did not fit.
CBI has changed recently but I believe still has good values and employees that want to achieve this is a great company for you.
