Is the merchandise still geared towards 30+ year old women that don't shop CR? The new management team will never get it, they all need to be FIRED!

The merchandise is actually getting alot better...and selling out quickly! If you go into stores, the traffic is there and the merch is moving. There are still opportunities, of course, but stores look and feel really good!

Just look at the things we sell - who wants to buy that junk... I would not be surprised if we were out of business before the holidays.

Agreed, I work there, we just had a huge layoff this past week and all open jobs have been cut. We are trying to stay in business for another few months, but after that we will be bankrupt. That is news straight from the CEO in a company meeting.

Silva, you have no chance of getting a job with Charlotte Russe because they are in a massive downsizing in order to delay a bankruptcy a few more months. They will be out of business all together with the next 6 months.
