Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

Just a Q - What happened was about a year ago the new CEO Jenny fired half the company and replaced them with her friends and former employees from Gap / Old Navy that were less qualified in fast fashion. The executive team was very rude in their firing of the old employees, citing that they were doing a terrible job. Jenny had a different idea on how to run the company, and changed the product in the stores. She wanted more business clothing, and wanted the fun clothes to be more conservative. However, our customer did not want the new styles, and our sales plummeted. The new team Jenny put in place failed, and failed badly. They did not have a clue how to run a fast fashion company. Long story short, Charlotte Russe ran out of money and then had to layoff 25% of the company a month ago, this included a lot of the people Jenny hand picked. So the new team failed, and has Charlotte Russe on the fringe of bankruptcy. Most employees regret the day Jenny was hired, she destroyed the company.
