I've spoke to someone in Advent today. Guess what??? CR had great run last 3 months. Do not believe into negative people here. They just had great turn around last 3 months. There is only up and more ups left.

Shrink, damage and obsolescence costs impact gross margin.

Trying to learn. Where does shrink fall into the margin? My stores went way up in June, after we cut back payroll to 2 part, stopped all the LP tasks and changing from ICON to no service. Our DM said this was a bigger issue than just our store.
