Pillsbury dough factories to be closed, 1500 folks to be cut. 400 jobs lost in New Albany, IN and 100 from Midland, ON. Both factories have been around for over 50 years. Earlier, cereal plant in Lodi, CA was closed, yogurt factory in Methuen, MA axed 700 folks. Plus 700 in corporate, all salaried.
