I hear that demand for mining equipment is dropping and that CAT might be laying people off sometimes in 2015. Not sure what's happening as I left in 2012, I am with a competitor right now and we are going through massive layoffs. Everyone is in the same boat as well. Things will bounce back at some point, not sure if Caterpillar layoffs will continue in 2015 but I wish you guys all the well especially to my friends at Decatur, East Peoria plants.
