Lower a lot more stores to tier 4. Tier 4 stores loose both a full time sup and the part time sup but gain an assistant manager. Everyone is notified sometime next week. More to come. Ron retains his bonus.

Let's be honest. The part time team sup position is and was a f***ing joke. I have never taken it serious. And to be frank 9 out of 15 in my district were lazy no good pieces of shit, that just sit or stood around 90% of their freaking shift. My pt sup just ripped people's heads off and yelled at associates " I'm your boss, you have to listen to me. Yeah that was some shit. Having to take orders from a person in a position that was only there 20 hours a week. Stupid. It sucks people are getting canned but as far as my store, that sob deserves it.
Ron retains his bonus. Thank god for that. The "trickle down economy" will be thriving at the golf courses and marinas. He may even give his Costa Rican housekeeper a 20 cent raise, IF she gets an exceeds expectations on her "eval".
