Does anyone know the SGames policy of non-compete clauses? Are the Bally clauses voided now after the buyout?

Does anyone remember the terms of the non-compete? How long is the non-compete term?
Look into your situation with an employment attorney. Since SG is so widspread, a case can be made of hardship due to SG's tenacles are now into nearly everything related to gaming. When you signed your Bally agreement (non-compete/consent decree), those particular circumstances were not true and the numerical amount of competitors with Bally were in fact much larger. Since SG has aquired WMS, Bally(+SFHL and many others), it's certainly worth looking into. No contract or agreement can be enforced if major facts change in its agreed upon premise.
I would say no. Bally is a subsidiary of Sci Games so anything signed with Bally would remain in effect under Sci games.
