OP: Since you decided to re-post your comment as a new thread, I'll re-post the response you got: "What they DO do is to fly around enforcing the corporate culture. That means pressure to bring in $$$, to "retain" students (keep them on the books to keep their aid money), and to do whatever it takes (fudge?) to make our placement rates look acceptable. There are always a few firings to reinforce that anyone who (a) doesn't have company profit as their primary goal, or (b) questions the ethics/legality of our operations, will be gone. So they might as well be like Evil Santa and his Demon Elves. Same result."
114 -- see how inspiring 130's wise words were? Don't worry about your boss getting a new job. It's amazing how frequently totally incompetent assholes land on their feet. I think that their secret is that they save the energy for the one time they ever apply themselves -- job interviews!

LOL I can't think of anyone who would actually hire my boss. Unless ECMC just needs a talking head full of cliches for every occasion, but he would run out of words in about 8 hours.
