How's this relevant with regards to layoffs? It's a business decision, you can think of it as something that any smart business person would do. It's 2015 and not 1950 when all companies were patriotic. Look, today nobody cares about workers and country. Shareholders come first, so save on taxes and lay off people if that's going to save cost.
