Flagstaff, Arizona distribution center will SHUT DOWN completely in April 2015. There are currently 8,207 stores. The word at Corporate is that the new WBA will only shut down underperforming stores. March of 2015 should indicate the first phase of store closing. There will be 6 stages to this. Illinois corporate office will relocate to Delaware. By the way, Walgreen is NO longer Walgreen. It is officially Walgreen Boot Alliance, and the ticker symbol is WBA, no longer "WAG".

Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. that will trade under a new ticker symbol “WBA,” and trade only on the Nasdaq market, there will be four divisions. They are: global brands; Walgreen Co., which includes the U.S. drugstore chain; Boots, which includes the pharmacy and beauty business in the United Kingdom and Ireland; and the global wholesale operation.
