You heard it here first, those who will call me a troll remember we only go letters on intent, not employment letters.

By definition we are ALL ignorant about what will happen right now: "lacking knowledge or information as to a particular subject or fact; uninformed; unaware."
794 is on point. Like the OP said we only recieved letters on intent with some FAQ. They haven't discussed any salary levels with employees yet. A paycut could also mean reduction in benefits aka less vacation and sick pay, less health coverage, and no 401k matching. Remember your compensation is more than just your take home pay. Online just had a significant RIF on the 17th and they closed Colorado Springs, that was 200+ employees that lost a job. If you think that is the last reduction coming you must live in ignorance.

54791: Hmmm, so you were under the impression that CCi paid corporate income tax. And at 20% of operating income no less? Well, let's just wait and see if the non-profit status allows for all of that with no REFs or salary reductions. Let's just wait and see...
Wrong... The 20% comes from nonprofit status:
"ECMC has earned the Obama Administration’s blessing by agreeing to cut tuition by 20%. The nonprofit can afford to slash prices because it doesn’t have to pay taxes."

Not going to happen. Reductions will not take place at campus level. However, there might be an impact at taken at corp type jobs and leadership positions outside of camps locations.
...for impersonating a shitty business instructor
The OP sounds like one of those people who have never held a non entry level job but like to imagine what managers do. He gives himself away by spouting nonsense like that. There is no business where they say "let's cut everyone's salaries by 20% to reduce costs by that much!" That's not how business works.
Nope, not going to happen. How do I know? Because I have been testing the HRS changes for the last two months and can tell you that has never been discussed and the question was raised months ago.
If you are going to post in duplicate, at least proof your work. You may be right about the 20% cut to match tuition cut, but really....if you are posting anonymously the only thing readers can evaluate for credibility is your content. Which is lacking.
