The shareholders are you and I and our 401K funds. One of Vanguard's funds was invested in DWA. Hopefully they aren't any longer
I can assure you "the shareholders" DO NOT call the shots. If that were the case JK and all the execs and board members would be fired by now. What other company pays $4 million to board members?
They gave up the getting the trade magazines every day. Be nice. Some even turned off some lights one time.
