Just engineer a merger with Sand Ridge...perfect for a pair of fools. After all, private equity has been looking at a bail out of Sand Ridge...they famously have drawn down what remains on their credit facility...sounds like they would be a great bolt on to the KingFischers parade of fools.

If the company was public, all 3 would be un-employed.
That's a very good question. One that the CCMP guys who are on the Board of Directors should be considering. Why not find some new replacements for them (that can't be too hard), and get some new blood and ideas to attempt to resuscitate this company?
