Keep up with the posts telling Zenith how to run things or which people to fire. I am sure they are dedicating many hours on this board. OP sure doesn't sound happy, whoever he or she is. And scrutiny over the deal has been raised. The result wasn't to stop the deal, since there is so much student loan money at stake. It is to put ED on notice that the states, Congress, and consumer groups want Zenith closely monitored. Now it's up to ECMC to make sure that things change. We keep getting told that it will be "business as usual" but I'm not seeing that happen. We'll know in a couple of months. If there's no change, I'm anticipating that this thing will be a massive failure. If not from being shut down, from continuing on with the idiot policies that drove us into the ground.
