Many NA TRM's and TRM managers have already been let go and its still going.

Sadly, yes - numerous highly-skilled TRMs, managers and employees in various other positions were laid-off last week. Many, many employees with amazing technical and managerial skillsets lost their livelihoods last week, and hundreds of men, women, fathers, mothers and children (as well as team and customer relationships) were deeply and negatively impacted by the layoffs. Very sad week, to say the least...
As of today, I am no longer a "NA-TRM" and most of my accounts are all fortune 500 companies. Established great relationships with my customers and it's sad to know they'll get negatively impacted by this considering what they pay TRMs for their service.

North American Technical relationship manager. They act as tech liaisons directly for larger Citrix customers. They're actually assigned to the client.
Sorry for my ignorance, what is "NA TRM"?
