CCMP are you reading any of this?
Just a missed opportunity to try and turn some things around. How about firing these people and hiring new ones, with new ideas.
64138,you are very wise my friend and dead on. Those 2 ops SVP's would not qualify for a sideshow at the Barnum and Bailey circus. Incompetence extraordinaire!
Performance wasn't the driving factor as evidenced by who is still here - some of the slowest, least motivated and least experienced. The common denominator between many of the high level ones that got laid off is that they weren't part of the inner circle of look-the-other-way, pretend everything the COO says is right, don't question spending, buddy system. The head ops guys who are remaining couldn't get a job anywhere else in town because of their reputations and known incompetence and no one would have them except our CEO and CFO. Pretty sure even CCPM knows how bad they are but someone is protecting them. If any coach had a losing season that lasted even close to the 10+ years of their unprofitable rein then everyone would be in an uproar and yet...
Did they just layoff low performers?
