The CFPB said it would continue to pursue a lawsuit filed against Corinthian filed in September. At the time, the CFPB alleged that Corinthian inflated tuition costs, misrepresented students’ future job prospects and engaged in aggressive debt-collection practices.

CFPB better hurry up with their law suit before CCI ceases to exist. That will occur after the sale of the CA campuses and/or BK for the company. I'm guessing 90-120 days.....
