They told the news before they told us

NewsOK has a press release from the company saying it's 121 positions and that's a "conservative" approach so basically 1 in 5. Only good news is at least its so many that it falls under the WARN Act so everyone should get WARN pay since they didn't give notice. (Someone may want to explain to HR what that means. Or explain it to RB and he can explain it to whoever he's currently dating in HR)

Right and considering WARN is by location, sounds like one third of OKC office was released. Enacting WARN was the right call.

It's actually 50-499 employees if it affects 33% of the workforce. Pretty simple concept.

WARN pay only happens if it's over 500 employees or 33% of the workforce.
