Most of the layoff will be ppl that had a review of 2014 where a session of the review is 2.0 or less. Even if the overall score is higher. (Some ppl had their reviews score lowered with no good reason, so that could be evidence of this point.)

A manager here, we did not get guidance of 2 ratings and we have no information on who is being let go - I think they will go after managers as much as they will go after anyone else. Higher ups are safe.

im a manager and there was no early warning or heads up on layoffs and no guidance on rating people 2. Im as worried as everyone and even to this minute have the same information or lack of it as the guys in my team.
For insurance i think they gave some ppl couple of months and than use COBRA :(
