I know that some people in Oklahoma got emails last week about restructuring. To me it means layoffs, but is that in the offices or the guys out in the field? Does anyone know anything?

It's sadly true. Keeping manager and sales guy. Field guys must reapply. Everyone else is gone. 2 week notice with 2 week severance.
