Yea your raise will be your walking papers and pulling the axe out of your back that has been there for the past 5 years we have heard talk about closing SDO's

Everyone will be getting a "raise". A raise out of here that is.

Range is 0 to 4% based on appraisal. Mean will be 2.25%. Mode will be 2.5%. Those higher in their pay grade will get a lower percentage than someone higher, closer to the max in their grade. Meetings now to chat about those that got bumps due to min wage increase. They probably won't get raises since it was a beyond the normal increase they would have received.

Was a legitimate question as it's review time again. I worry day to day if I will still have a job too. I think with all the layoffs people may be curious if they are even going to give any sort of merit increase. I'm blessed to still have a job for the time being .

All of us at the sdo's are worried about our jobs and you are asking about a raise! There are more important things we are all dealing with: like how to provide for our family, mortgage and pay our bills. A raise is the last thing we care about!!!!
