Isn't that the new business mantra? So, has ECMC never heard of it? EVERY single deadline they have made has been pushed back numerous times. It almost seems as though getting offer letters last night seems on time for them since they said we'd get them, "on January 28th and 29th." You get the impression that they were jumping up and down yelling "score!" since they sort of, kind of, almost made their new rolled back deadline. Can these people really be as incompetent as they are making themselves out to be? I mean, seriously?

Underpromise and Overdeliver? I can tell you nobody at CCI has ever heard of that. At Socle our actual motto is the exact opposite of that, especially when it came to our poor "outside clients" (we're so sorry). Our motto is, "Overpromise, Underdeliver, then Lie About It." Really.
I'll give them another chance, but only because up until now ECMC have been reliant on CCI to be able to keep to any deadline. They've also not really been able to go into detail about their long-term plans to reform the company. As soon as the handover takes place, I expect something big from them. I'll still be looking for something better, preferably totally out of this horrible, dying industry, but I'll give them a chance to impress me.
