I see a ton of cuts at SLB, Baker and HAL - how is Hess doing and did the price drop impact Hess as much as other companies

there are some cuts in process........ 1st round was contractors...... 2nd round seemed to be under-performers (or out of favor)...... 3rd round current round seems to be the people close to retirement..... offering or encouraging pkgs.
Anyone?
