JM and JD are still here because they are Fischer's court jesters.
Look folks,KER has done a great job. He is undermined at almost every turn by JM and JD. Those two buffoons cannot walk and chew bubble gum at the same time,but they are masters of creating conflict and discord among the troops. If KER is at fault for anything it's because he has not fired those two. One of them was fired at his last position. Had to be incompetence.

The leadership at the top is responsible regardless. It does not matter whose name is attached...the company's success is dependent on the leadership. Company has top performing employees below the executives.
MF has not had as much of an impact in the last year as ER.
Fire MF and you will have solved 80% of the company's issues. That is the key to this company's success...remove the croneyism at the top and implement meritocracy!
So did anyone actually get laid off yet?
Anybody else amused by the number of views these posts are getting? I figured there would be a lot more comments.
Pretty sure nobody really cares what MF has to say at this point.... how about they come out and tell us how wonderful this company is doing and how nobody needs to worry about losing their job so we can laugh some more. Or better yet lets do another news article about how good we are doing so the investors won't be worried.
MF says you need to get off of here and get back to work.
