Too simple... Most of ya'll are talking about the result, not the cause. Go a little deeper than saying 'oh, they got PIP'd or RIF'd and are pissed off'. Come on, give it a little thought. The answers might not be as convenient or simple as you want to believe. As any instructor or teacher will tell you, most of the time one student has a question, opinion, etc., many others do too; they are just not speaking up.
