The details of the deal have been "ironed out" enough that it's a definite go. If you haven't received an offer letter yet you will by 10 am PT/1 pm ET.

800: True - our bad behavior is well-known. However, it would not surprise me if, at the last minute, ECMC was either unable to secure all of the many regulatory approvals or the DoE imposed new requirements in response to the growing noise level from varios senators, media and activist groups. This has been - and will contiue to be - a complex, fragile transaction. It ain't done till its done!

What kind of technical glitches would prevent them from mailing out offer letters? Come on, really?
Well, if this is true it's your last chance to buy the stock at its lowest price EVER! ANY sale will get a bump in stock price. Obviously, it's never going back to $1, much less the $35 a share it was when I started, but there's a bit of profit to be made non-the-less.

I stand corrected. A delay was announced but it's due to technical glitches. The deal is good.
I call BS. Was just told there's another postponement until tomorrow.
