However NO ONE can dismiss the mountains of unethical evidence against CCi ranging from admitting the mentally retarded to the shenanigans at Norcros which were indeed approved all the way up to the ELT. And finally - here is why the CCi apologists are so defensive - CCi is guilty as hell in the court of public opinion. A major CC in the US just provided an out going president with an $800k bonus. A bonus for a president who has a vote of non confidence from faculty and has been accused of unethical actions. When the board was asked as to why ... they refused to respond. In order to view the agreement, groups needed to resort to legal means. Amazing considering that this school is subsidized by taxes, grants and title 4. This bonus was an addition to the $450k salary.
To this day, CCI STILL has not provided the ED with all the documents requested in its investigation. Too many former employees provided too much physical evidence of fraud (I am happily one of those people). Physical evidence consisted of emails from management, audio taped meetings, and unofficial "training materials." CCI was required to comply, it chose to not comply, and that is that. You can cry and moan all you want, but the fact is CCI is going down and there is NOTHING you can do about it.
