Im taking the severance simply because I don't want to demote with a paycut and I cannot stand my GM lack of leadership skills. Will be finishing school with in the year. Taking my experience elsewhere.

I have been at Staples for 8 years, the last 2 as a PT Team Sup. I am staying until August. I have one bill to pay off. Even with a $2.45 and hour pay cut. No choice for now. 8 weeks severance is a pittance.
