Rig terminations, contract cancellations... Ciudad del Carmen, on the Campeche Bay in the Gulf of Mexico is bleeding. There will be more cuts later on this year, we might end up the year with 30K people let go. Good luck to all contractors of Pemex, there is very little hope for any kind of recovery in 2015.
