Enrollments are NOT up.
With enrollments up it is just a matter of taking the best offer. Students are registering and things looking good. Those spreading negative rumors may be trying to assist with a lowball offer or short sales on CCI. Not cool.
Look for news around the end of March seems like a stretch, but anything can happen. Bankruptcy still seems like a very good option.

Last real news was in December, when we were notified that they had six interested parties, and the deadline with the DOE had been extended. Look for news around the end of March, that's when the deadline with their lenders expires.
