Well to be honest we keep hearing the same thing about the sale being final. It keeps being put off. So who is right here. We are being strung along by both parties.

We are about 2 weeks from the February deadline. There will be an announcement about something, even if the deal does not close.
Sale going through on February 2. So all you haters can keep on spreading false rumors up until that time. It's a given it's gonna happen.

Article is 8 days old. The deal is going to go through anybody who says anything different needs to pull the butt plug out of their ass and move on.
If you keep saying that an announcement will be made in two weeks, eventually you will be right.

In this case there must be an announcement in 2 weeks. There is basically no other option, given the SEC requirements. Then there are three basic different possibilities: 1. Deal has commenced (in part or full), 2. The deal is delayed (again), 3. The deal will never take place (in part or full).

They can only postpone it so long until they pull the plug... Common sense.
OP- Where are you getting this information from? We've been waiting for something to happen, ANYTHING to happen! All we ever hear from management is everything is great, and everything will be settled in two weeks..... It's been the about almost 7 months of "in 2 weeks"!
