Leominster, MA did that in 2013. Most stores are going to be at the 12k format.It's supposedly a cost cutting effort. It simply doesn't work when you take away everyday items that people want and bring in Hard hats, orange cones, scrubs, and things like hallmark that most people buy at the local CVS or Walgreens.
