Once Alliance Boots acquires the remaining 55% stake in Walgreen, or vice versa, you will see major layoffs. Inversion to Switzerland, get rid of half of the 8,200 stores by selling them to CVS or Mini-Walmart's, eliminate the Walgreen Alliance Boots to WAB, then change it's name completely to shortened it. This is how $1 billion will be acquired under the 3 year plan. Stefano Pessina will be the new CEO and Dan Wesson will get his golden parachute from Walgreen and CVS, as now CVS will be the New version of WAG. Walgreen will be just a faded memory like Woolworth. I just got PAID!!!
