If loans are forgiven or tuition refunded, do students still get transcripts or educational verifications?

There's a lot of postings about loan forgiveness. If this happens, would students still be issued transcripts or verification of education? Seems analogous to returning something at a store: if you are issued a refund, you surrender the merchandise. Does anyone have experience with this issue?

If you loan is forgiven what makes you think you should get a transcript? Just shows that you think there IS value to it but you want your money back? My car is a lemon so I want a refund! I can keep the car though right? You are nothing but a shyster
