Your company must be run by Scrooge. And by that, I mean Scrooge before the ghosts came to visit. Forget the Christmas bonus, as a lot of companies have had to drop those. What makes you Scrooge-like has to do with other things I've read on here; no holiday pay for days off, etc. Yes, your people can whine about stupid stuff a lot. But their base concerns are not without merit.
It's an entitled world we live in these days. I was raised to be thankful for what I have, and if I wanted more, to be prepared to work hard for it. Maybe today's weak generation considers it hard work to whine and complain on an internet website? Like I said, entitlement.
