Performance has nothing to do with it. I have excellent performance reviews for every year i work for decades. I am highly intelligent, customer oriented, team player and after many years I was shafted and discarded.
Large layoffs in Charlotte, Alpharetta and Westminster today.
Jackson, MS - entire ancillary support team, one manager, three supervisors.
We have always been conservative and disciplined, you can expect this to continue in 2015 and if market remains to be weak we will see layoffs. Typically if you are a good performer there is nothing to fear, there is nothing to be worried about. But if your last few performance reviews were weak I would suggest that you start looking for jobs as 2015 will be our year of layoffs.
